The ThetaHealing® meditation technique was created by Vianna Stibal in 1995 during her own personal journey back to health.  Her original book details her personal healing journey and her connection to the Creator utilizing her meditation technique.  She did not start teaching the ThetaHealing technique until 2006 or so, after she had perfected the technique on herself.

 

Forgiveness is one of the most powerful changemakers.

When we forgive ourselves and others, we allow for an energy shift change – an opportunity to do something differently instead of reacting to the emotional memories of the past. Forgiveness does not erase the memory – it's written and it will always remain. Instead forgiveness erases the emotion tied to the memory so you can react to similar situation based on lessons learned with love, hope and peace instead of the emotions of anger, revenge, grudges, hate, jealousy, fear, regret and resentment.

This is not only important for each of us to do individually but also to do it for the planet. All the traumas of our past are stored within her. She holds the traumas of war, slavery, murder, oppressive governments, poverty, theft and much more. When these modules are done, you are not only clearing yourself and your genetic lineage but also the planet's emotions tied to related events from your genetic lineage.

I was asked by the Creator Of All That Is to help facilitate the Forgiveness process, named Forgiveness to Love, to heal each of us individually, the group consciousness, and the planet. These Forgiveness to Love modules release the emotions of anger, resentment, fear, frustration and sadness surrounding any events that have happened in your lifetime, your genetic lines, and past lives. After releasing the emotions tied to Forgiveness, unconditional love and light is downloaded to fill the space freed from the heavy emotions of the past.

 

I was asked by the Creator of All That Is to be facilitator of the Heart Light Codes in order to activate the heart chakra light codes and relight the flame of unconditional love and light that resides in each of us. They are energy downloads and blessings to awaken the codes that reside in your heart chakra.

Through your many lifetimes and genetic links (ancestry), the heart codes for unconditional love and light for oneself and others has lost it's sparkle. The world of drama, hate, fear, anger and resentment has turned us away from the universe's energy of unconditional love and light.

We all come from this same energy – so we too are unconditional love and light. The time is now to reawaken that part of ourselves so we can come together to raise our vibration as well as the planet and it's inhabitants. Doing these Heart Light Codes will release any limiting beliefs and heavy emotions that no longer serve you and reactivate the heart light codes that those beliefs and emotions had deactivated.

If you have inherited any beliefs through your DNA – these too will be cleared not only for you, but through your genetic lineage back to it's source. Some of these activations are meant to be done to heal you and your family's heart chakra, while others are to help heal Mother Earth's Heart Chakra, as well as your own. When you run one these code modules, you are repairing Mother Earth energetically which positively effects the group consciousness of all of us.
